What is this error about. "The sample time after propagation is [0, 0]. Enter a discrete sample time in 'PI/Integrator'" ?

When i tried to simulate a system and tried to tune using Tuning option(Discrete) in PID controller block it showed this error. and when i tried in continuous mode it showed "sampling times must agree" I can send the model if you can give ur mail id. Thanks alot in advance!

In simulink model, in 3 level Neutral clamped Inverter they are taking positive half dc voltage and negative half dc voltage w.r.t neutral?
