). Another paper says, the best antibody concentration is the lowest Ab conc with the lowest absorbance (closest to x axis-

). A third paper, subtracted the absorbance at 580-520 and the highest value obtained is for the best conc (https://www.nature.com/articles/s41596-020-0357-x).

Can someone please advice?. I already did serial dilutions for my antibody and measured the absorbance at 520 nm. but how do i know which concentration is the best?
