Can I assess the bond strength as per ASTM C900 -15, which is presently available.

I performed the bond strength using ASTM C234, which was withdrawn in 2000. I was skeptic to use the withdrawn standard. However, after finding numerous literature using similar procedure even after 2000. I suggest using similar procedures as stated in ASTM C234, as it is easier to compare with other similar works.
