For finding the amount of Hydrogen gas produced from the photocatalytic experiment , we initially have 3 different ratio of pure hydrogen gas of 10% , 15% and 24.6 % cannisters ,which we calibrated using post run methods using/taking out 0.4 ml , 0.8 ml of gas.

But we still have difficulty in finding out how much of µmol of hydrogen gas is there from the peak area produced in the GC chromatograph.

If we consider that 22.4 L = 1 mol of hydrogen from PV=nRT , how can we use this to find out the amount of Hydrogen produced from the peak area?
