How to find proteins with similar functions in the same organism?

I would like to know if there are any servers that I can insert the sequence of a protein and look for similar sequences in the same genome, that way I could find proteins / receptors with similar functions within the same organism, or not? Is there anything like that or would you have a better idea of how you could do that?
