How to find out the Type 1 and Type 2 phase matching angle for a biaxial ( monoclinic) system , if the refractive behaviour of a crystal is n2>n1>n3?

The formulas to find the phase matching angle for a biaxial crystal system is available only for the refractive behaviour of n1>n2>n3 or n3>n2>n1.

But how to find the optic axis for biaxial crystal, if the refractive index of the crystal is n2>n1>n3?
