This is a young specimen, which is difficult to identify from a photograph; it might be Sphyraena barracuda, which may have lateral spots at a size of 4-8 cm.
Could you please inform us about the standard length of your specimen?
Forgive my insistence. Although I can't state categorically that it is Sphyraena forsteri, but, by enlarging the photograph it seems that one of the characters that characterize t, is the dark spot behind the base of the pectoral fins.
Identifying specimens from photograph is always difficult and lead to erroneous determination, it is more so as the specimen is a juvenile. Key characters need to be mentioned. Although I do not have any specimens examined by me, I agree with Ronald. You may send the specimens to Zoological Survey of India or may contact with key characters.
This is a juvenile of Sphyraena forsteri as I use to get regularly from Kerala waters, India. I confirmed by refereeing the book "The Sea Fishes of Southern Africa" by J L B Smith where he given a beautiful hand drawn picture of juvenile S. forsteri. You can refer this book.
