I have used herbal extract at 20%, 40%, 60%, 80% and 100% to check the larvicidal activity of the same. I have got mortality against time. i have taken readings upto 2 hrs at the interval of 15 mins.

LC50 value will be calculated during your data analysis. The software will give you the value after you must have keyed in the raw data (log of conc against activity of the extract on the larva). This has more to do with statistical analysis, see your statistician.
