If you have access to Web of Science you can download data for the university‘S publications. Identify the highly cited papers. For each faculty member find the number of papers And average citation per paper. If you need more help please send a mail to [email protected]

You are absolutely right. But there is a university survey that is requesting for Impact factor as shown at the Researchgate, of all the members of the Full Time Faculty.

You please check what you really requires.Impact factors are calculated for journals (journal impact factor) and for authors (author impact factor). Journal impact factor shows the frequency with which the articles published in a particular journal are cited in other research journals. Author impact factors measure the impact of individual authors. Examples include h-index, g-index, and RG score.

ResearchGate gives the following indices for authors:

RG score- It is an author impact factor based on number of publications, citations, reads, questions, answers provided, and number of followers.

h-index- Another author impact factor, which gives a measure of the number of articles (h) of an author that have received at least (h) citations up to that time.

Both the above indices (RG score and h-index) is available for individual researchers, if they have registered in RG with updated information.

Please note that h-index is available from some other sources too such as Web of Science, Scopus, and Google Scholar
