How can I find a barcoding in archaea variants (typically, acidophilics) e.g. protocol, research by using the PCR Barcoding Kit (SQK-PBK004), Nanopore Oxford technologies? Unfortunately, I have not ever used this kit before, so that I lack a knowledge this part.
