I'm trying to find all the citations of my patents. I know google scholar can find all the citations for my papers, but it seems that it cannot find citations for patents. Does anyone have experience on doing this? Thank you very much.
Google Scholar was never designed to create citation lists of papers citing a patent. It is only designed to create citation lists of papers citing _papers_. You are using the wrong branch of Google.
However, the Google Patent list is useful in that it can be used to find _patent_ applications citing your patent. You simply use it to search for your (US) patent number.
For example, I demonstrate with a randomly chosen patent, US5958692:

https://www.google.com/patents/US6274320
The first site is hot linked to the second, for your convenience.
Also, you can click on "Referenced by" to find who is referencing your patent in their patent.
Finally, you can click on "non-patent citations" to find out who is citing your patent from a _paper_, which is what you are asking for!
P.S. Also, try the magic "Find Prior Art" button.

Last name, First name Middle name. (2017). U.S. Patent No.. Washington, DC: U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
Ex.

The database Publish or Perish that is based on GS data (free on the net) gives all the citations that appear in GS. If you combine your name with the word "patent" on this database you will get all the journals that cite your patents.Unless their are more people with the same name as yours, I saw citations to your patents in 58 papers.
There is SciVal, a product of Elsevier Publishing. If your institution is having access to it you can view the citations related TO PUBLICATION AND PATENTS.
Seems that google patents have given us, in Non-Patent Citations, that what paper has been cited by this patent as a reference. It might not show us who has cited this patent as a reference.

Wilde Wang -- Google's Non-patent citations are citations to research papers that are not patents, and therefore not in the patent databases. In general, however, you should be able to find these papers cited through Google Scholar, and other competing literature databases, particularly those specific to your discipline of information management.
So to find out who is citing your patent in their paper, use Google Scholar, searching with your patent number. If you have not got access to Google, use a proxy person or a proxy server. :-)

Google does have a Patent database: patents.google.com. Keep in mind that the USPTO publishes patent applications ~18 months after the first application date. As an illustrative example, I have a patent application that was published at the end of August after a provisional application was filed in Feb. 2017; by my reckoning, I should have another application (filed with the USPTO late May of 2017) being published this upcoming week. It should take Google a few more days to incorporate it in their database.
Google Patents does include patent literature from other countries as well.

There are several patent databases , In the USA (UPSTO) European and Asian too. The Google scholar's search (on the left side) asks the searcher if to include patents in the retrieval set. The UPSTO description of patents includes backwards and forwards citations to and from the patent.
