Finding activator-repressor relationships is required for the construction of gene regulatory networks. Many statistical techniques exists for the same such as Pearson's correlation, mutual information, etc. As microarray data is inherently noisy, fuzzy logic can be applied to find activator-repressor relationships because fuzzy logic can easy tolerate noise in data.

Kindly suggest some fuzzy logic based approach for the above problem.
