In EDFA laser modelling, there are two variables (sigma_se and sigma_sa) which are obtained by using curve fitting method, therefore I need some data at different wavelengths to apply a curve fitting method. Does anyone have this data set? Or do you know where I can find it?

For this purpose you can create a dataset by using randomization functions and use it for your experimentation purpose. Like Mexican Hat or Any RBF function based etc.
You can write a small program for generating data for your experiment.
That will work for you.
