Following Image presents the frequency domain of sEMG signal which was sampled at 4000Hz. However, unexpected noises were captured during the experiment. I believe that these are some sort of resonance frequencies. how do I filter these resonance frequencies from the signal in Matlab so that sEMG data is preserved?

I use the Delsys Bagnoli EMG acquisition system. Above EMG data was acquired through a Matlab script. However, when I acquire EMG using Delsys software, these interferences are not presented. How can I resolve this problem?
Comb filtering provide some unique way of minimising noise due to harmonics.
