I have done an effect of fiber loading on dielectric study of some cellulosic composite. And I got the result of increasing dielectric constant value upon increase in fiber content with frequency. In the next task, I have to pretreated the fiber and will study dielectric properties. But I have a doubt in my mind that if I will get a high dielectric constant for each high fiber loaded composite, den exactly which one I will consider as optimization for next treated fiber composite ? Please help me out.

As with studies like these, the first step should have been preliminary tests (otherwise known as screening) to examine the most important variables for your study.
Based on the results, you will need to perform experimental design (design of experiments, DoE) using various software such as MiniTab or Statistica. Next, you will run the experiments and with the results perform optimization.

Well, it is surely hard to investigate all the indexes which may effect the dielectric constant! In my opinion, sizing of the paper (especially internal) is one of them. As you know, the fibers have polar exposed head which get contact with polar head of sizing material and the non polar head would be exposed. in fact, sizing of pulp could decrease the dielectric constant value of fibers.

I want to add a thing that with treatment, polar material in lignocellulosic material will start to decrease for what dielectric constant will decrease. But initially, suppose I am taking 1, 3, 5, 7 wt % of raw untreated fiber for dielectric study and I get increase of dielectric constant with increase in fiber content. So for next treatment process which value I will optimize for all dielectric study ?
