Hello, what kind of solution you used? maybe the solution contain some H2O that it will damage your perovskite film

I use many polar and non-polar both (water, dmf, dmso, aceton, c2s, benzene, chloroform etc). give me some suggestion.

Of course, the water, DMF, DMSO, ACETON will damage your perovskite film. I don't know what is c2s. but you may can use dipropyl sulfide as solution. and you can refer to this document: DOI: 10.1039/C5TA04028K

You cant use DMF, because it will dissolve your perovskite layer. You can use DPS or DPS mixture with acetonitrile.
