I don't think you need to extract the proteins. You can directly use it in iTRAQ.

Thanks for your suggestion, Mr. Andreas.

But my main problem is associated with its cell lysis. I have already used lysozyme for cell lysis. but Lysozyme is not working with my bacteria geobacilus. Now, I am using glass beads for its cell lysis.

Please suggest me some protocols for its cell lysis
