Capacitance can't be extracted from str file. The str file contains internals if the device at a single bias point Only one way to extract capacitance using ac analysis and result will be stored in log file

The capacitance can not be calculated from the .str file. For capacitance, you need to do the ac analysis. There are some examples that are in-built into Atlas. You can take help from that as well.
