Hello dears

If we extract FullHRU layer as a shape file count of polygons will be more than count of HRUs!! and If we use hru1.shp in watershed folder, count of polygons will be less than count of HRUs!! another problem is there are many island polygons in extracted shape files. so the problem is: How to extract shape file of HRUs created by SWAT so that each polygon refer to a HRU?  I need this shape file to make a comparison with other products for instance RS, MODFLOW, etc.
