I have a Zenmuse XT2 with which I have taken images in R-JPEG format (RJPG is the recommended image format for thermal images) using DJI PILOT application. Then images are saved on a memory card in .jpg format. The .jpg images are colored-mapped temperatures and contain only a visual representation of the temperature instead of the raw values. Then, using Agisoft Metashape and .jpg images I have created a visual representation of the temperature (orthomosaic) instead of the raw values. On it every pixel has RGB value without floating point temperature data. How do I extract floating point temperature data from raw images (.jpg) or is it possible to generate temperature values on the model from the derived orthomosaic?
