Dear Holt,

You can easily extract the value for your desired location from Global High Resolution Daily Urban Extreme Heat Exposure datbase in ArcMAP.

You may use the "Make NetCDF table view" availabe in multidimension toolsets of Arc Toolbox. This tool set can extract daily value for a prticular location from all the available time series value in the datasets.
