How to export the physiological data from the MRI Console?

Dear experts,

Anyone know how to export the physiological data (PPU, Resp...) from the MRI Console (Philips Achieva 3T)?

We want a text file with the physio. data and also, the gradients information.

Hi Brunno

You need to be in Gyrotest (rather than MRUser) and have the VCG plugged into the scanner (even if not connected to the participant, we just lie it on the floor next to the scanner). The scanner will then automatically save the physiological data into a text file (*.log) in G:\site\logs\scanphyslog.
