This sample is La2CuO4+y.

So, I doped La2CuO4 with oxygen, by annealing it in O2 environment for 24 h.

The undoped one shows pure paramagnetic, but this doped one i'm still confuse how to explain.

The M-T graph (under 100 Oe) shows look-like paramagnetic behavior, but a bit fluctuated.

May someone help me what kind of phenomena occurs in here?

2nd one will be how about the particle size effect. On the picture 1 above in my question, the particle size of the sample is around 286 nm. If i measure a same sample with particle size 69 nm in oxygen condition at the same time and condition, I don't get any fluctuated paramagnetism (see picture 2), only pure paramagnetism. I wonder why no structural phase transition occur.  I annealed both the sample at the same time.
