I will like some help to interpret a moderating analysis performed using PROCESS Macro. The aim is to study the moderating effect of leadership behavior between the relationship of team effectiveness and project performance.
The model summary is significant but interaction effect is not significant which means that leadership is not a moderator between the relationship. My interpretation of the graph is that there is a non significant enhance effect of leadership on the relationship. An Increase in team effectiveness and leadership will increase project performance ( Correct me if wrong)

There are two significant effects. First, higher Team Effectiveness produces higher Performance. Second, the three teams differ in their level of Performance.
What is non-significant is the interaction effect for moderation, which means that the relationship between leadership and performance is essentially the same in each of the teams, which can be seen in the three nearly parallel lines in the graph.

No, that would be an interaction effect (moderation). Instead, both leadership and team make separate (independent) contributions.
