Meryem, I would think some sort of microscopy is your best bet. You will need to find a way to differentiate these fibers from the remainder of the sample by changing detecting methods such as SE vs. BSE or reflected vs. transmitted light. From those images, you can obtain approximate aspect ratios in image processing software such as ImageJ after image calibration with the scale bar.
