How to, experimentally, determine the MWCO of phase inverted PVDF UF membranes?

I'm looking for a detailed procedure to determine the molecular weight cut-off (MWCO) of PVDF UF membrane prepared via phase inversion method.

Also, I've already determined the mean pore size of the membrane using the Guerout-Elford-Ferry equation and I know that there is a logarithmic linear relationship between the MWCO and mean pore size. However, is it valid to use this relationship to determine the MWCO even though I've calculated the mean pore size theoretically via the Guerout-Elford-Ferry equation?
