Multimedia packages are a combination of text, video, sound and graphics with animations. Hence we need an evaluation process for each phase like planning, input, process, development, feedback phases. The questions must be presented as per the country's cultural orientation.

Evaluation process for each process:
planning --> suitablewith the aim of product and computing environment incl. user, hardware, os, etc. The evaluation by check list.
input --> device, how to error handlings, how to handle variety of dat. The evaluation by check list.
process --> I think this is coding phase, so use alpha test, beta test, or black box method.
development --> I think this is deploying phase, so check suitability with computing environment incl. user, hardware, os, how to deliver the product. The evaluation by check list.
feedback --> using TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) or UTAUT. The evaluation by TAM's or UTAUT's questionnaire.
