Dear colleagues, we have developed and placed on the road a 3D billboard aimed at agitating drivers to comply with speed limits. How to evaluate its contribution to improving road safety? Any ideas or articles on this topic?
You really need to conduct before and after studies of sufficient number of locations to have statistical significance. And/ or have a control group of roads without such signage. Care will be needed to correct for other factors.
Hi. Do you have any speed camera or any other device there for speed measuring? It's the best source of data to compare situation before and after using that billboard.
