In fact, I need the value of the tensile strength of ciment paste as a parameter when modelling the tensile strength of concrete using a new approach which determine this parameter using the tensile strength of cement paste and some parameters connected to aggregates.

There is a standard briquette test for tensile strength of cement paste that is covered in the relevant ASTM

Conduct a direct tensile strength test.  Or, if it bonded to another substrate, test that interface in direct tension.  Alternately, you can use 10% of the compressive strength for intact paste, no interface.

I find also an "old" equation proposed by Feret to estimate the cement paste tensile strength, but I don't find its reference in internet. Please, who have an idea about Féret model (to predict the tensile strength of cemenet paste)?

by using flexural tensile strength tests which used for cement mortar according ASTM C348

OR by using direct tensile test according ASTM C190
