I did not used N15 labeling of related nitrogen species to monitor their interconversion. I used spectrophotometric method for hydroxylamine concentration and used automated digital gas analyzer for N2O concentration. Need suggestions about N15 labelling and estimation process among the conversion from hydroxylamine to N2O emission during nitrogen cycling. (@ Paul Milham)
