I need to examine flow of a fluid based on parameters like mass flow rate, pressure drop, temperature drop etc.
For which I need to set conditions such that fluid goes through inlet and goes through entire pipe and comes out.
The problem I am facing is that
1). The problem is that I am unable to do it.
Any suggestion will be of great help.

It appears that pressure profile is rather flat from your 1st plot. The temperature plot is also incorrect due to possibly back flow (reverse flow) at the pressure outlet. What would be useful here is to first simulate the fluid flow without heat transfer. You can solve it in steady state condition. Once a steady flow profile is achieved with "velocity inlet" and "pressure outlet" BC, then introduce the heat transfer condition through fluid temperature at the inlet.
