Not sure if this can be done with junctions, matching the junction's features with the csv options it provides.

or here see the csv format, where it refers basically to cross-sections.

Maybe a way could be to prepare the csv file in a format like adding cross-sections, using the coordinates to get their locations, and then add the junctions there manually? curious if anyone has came across a better way..
