Can any one suggest me the different ways to embed the nanoparticles in metal oxide thin films?
Thank you.
You can do it by deposition methods like pvd or chemical deposition
If you are going to spin coat the solution then it will better. make a precursor solution and mix the nanoparticle and spin coat them.
for thermal or sputterring method you need to deposit multilayers.
Dear Dr Joshna Palepu
We integrate nanoparticles in metal oxide thin films by ion implantation or by the doping operation
