I added some images to make it more clear :

(1) This is how your setting should look like, if you are using CHRONOAMPEROMETRY

(2) You would need to drag "Apply : ... V" if it does not appear (for the applied potential).

(3) Apply the value of the potential by clicking on "Apply". Verify that the unit is in volt. Then to set the charge to a specific value click on "Record signal" --> "More" -->

(4) Then click on "Option"

(5) Add a new "cut off"

(6) Select "WE(1). Charge"

(7) Enter the value of the charge that you are wishing for (50 mC so you need to enter 0.050 C) and then click on "stop the complete procedure". Basically when your polymer will reach the desired value of Q applied (do not forget the ">" before) the experiment should stop by itself.

I would also advice you to take into account a few more seconds for the "t applied" (for example 205 s rather than 200 s ) because sometimes the polymerisation needs a few second to begin.

For an electrodeposition at constant potential wirh NOVA, it is very easy : Apply your potential and add a "Record signals" command. You can use a cutoff for stopping your measurement when it reaches 50 mC.

Another option is to use a Chronoamperometry (t>1s) set the potential you want to apply and, as thomas said, use the cutoff option to stop the chronoamperometry.
