After mechanical polishing what is the best way to electro-polish the SA508 low alloy steel for EBSD analysis? The microstrucutre of the material is upper bainitic. Please suggest the procedure or an appropriate book.

Struers A2 electrolyte is a good option. An easier way might be to use vibration polishing with Silico -if you have the equipment-.
You don't need a vibration polisher to get EBSD patterns. Manual preparation with colloidal silica nearly always works. If you need more information how to prepare different materials have a look at Gearge Vander Voorts profile:
