Respected all esteemed colleagues, I need help to perform the certain task of my study. The matter is, I have to give an analytical explanation of a wetland with a community structure of wetland plants. I have IVI data of 140 wetland macrophytes species. For these plants, I need to draw an IVI map/diagram for analysis. I have confusion to do this work, I need suggestions or help from you.
I would suggest you following points if it is useful for your studies:
1. Make a cluster dendrogram using cover value (Braun-Blanquet scale) in the PCORD software program or any other software to find a group/plant communities.
2. Then you could show your plant communities with the schematic pictorial diagram to show the representation of your plant communities.
3. Then you could even describe/find the special features of habitat in each community.

You can develop a diagram in many different ways including Social Network Analysis.
