I downloaded BRB array tool, I added the plugin to Excel but I don't have some packages on R so I couldn't analyze. Then I tried to download packages but I see the same packages are missing even though they were downloaded successfully. How can I solve this problem?

Actually, BRB works with an old version of R, so I installed R 3.5.1. I have Java and microsoft C++ also but I cant download the required packages that I want on R Omer Lekesiz
