Adrij Kanti Roy, I think you should go to the Survey of India website, where some tourist and topographic maps are available for Indian citizens. Depending on your goals, as far as I know, raster and vector maps (in .*shp, *.gdb) are available there.

If you want free vector, then you should look for OpenStreetMap.
