get the slow scan Raw file from XRD. download the GSAS software and do the refinement taking one reference. put all the lattice parameters from the reference refined data and run the refinement until you get Goodness of fit value close to 2 or 3.

Thanks @Nibedita already this is done but when doing background refinment there's invalid parameter as error message shown in attached image above!

There are many things that can lead to errors in GSAS-II refinement. And when we refine, we have to be careful with the parameters, specially when we try to refine many variables at once. If you are refining some parameter, do the the best you can, and when you go to refine anything else, you should uncheck the refining command of parameters you are not refining.

Maybe what happened in your process is not an error in the background. You should take a look in your phases tabs. If you left the "Refine box" checked, and went to refine other parameters, maybe the program messed with your unit cell.

Or you could look in "Sample parameters" an check if the "Histogram scale factor" is zero, cause if it somehow is zero, the calculated peaks won't show up.

Another one, check the atoms list, because if they were left to refine, the program can mess them too.

So, just looking to this image, it's difficult to say what is the problem. You have to go to others tabs and look if there is some parameter with strange values.
