How to do Logic tree approach in PSHA?

I am working on Probabilistic Seismic Hazard Analysis (PSHA), I would like to do the Logic tree in the CRISIS2015 software. Could anyone suggest me how to do?

The attached figure show application of logic tree in seismic hazard analysis.

Note that the standard deviation of the residuals (σln y ) expressing the random variability of the ground motions, uncertainty in the seismic zonation via the combination of the attenuation models, the maximum magnitude Mmax, the seismic b value, and the prediction of PGA intensities control the logic tree procedures.
