Hello,
Did any one performed double staining of CD3+CD8 and CD3+CD4 immuno histochemistry on Rat tissue?
If yes, Can you please share me the protocol and the antibodies that you were using to perform the experiment.
Hi Kurma,
I would recommend to perform IF staining instead of IHC. With IF it is much easier to detect double-positive cells.
With kind regards
Ronald
Hello Kurma,
IF is a good choice when multiple staining is required. You can follow the protocol at:
1. free floating section: http://www.creative-diagnostics.com/immunofluorescence-protocol-free-floating-section.htm
2. Adhesive section: http://www.creative-diagnostics.com/immunofluorescence-protocol-stick-section.htm
Dear Ronald and Langyue,
Thank you very much for your suggestion.
