I've done a pilot test with a retrospective pre-post test questionnaire to measure changing in attitude. Now I want to enter the data collected from questionnaire in SPSS to do a confirmatory factor analysis. should I enter each item of a retrospective question as a different variable?
If you refer that you made a study in two times you can make a confirmatory analysis for each time, I recommend to use test-rest stability to evaluate the relationship between both times
Shabnam Emami, if I understand your question correctly, the answer is yes, you should enter each item separately in advance of conducting the confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). However, that answer seems so obvious that I wonder whether you have provided sufficient information in your question.
Your question is not clear! Whether you want to enter respective item of each question or questionnaire?

Actually I prepared a questionnaire which some items within it are in a retrospective pre-post design. For example for measuring change in attitude I used 3 items in the retrospective design (so participants should check 2 questions in a Likert scale, one for their attitude before the manipulation and one for after).
Now I want to do CFA for checking construct validity. Should I enter each of these after and before of 3 items measuring attitude change or I just need to enter pre test state of the item?
Shabnam Emami, I'm really sorry, but I still am not at all clear about what you want to do. Do you have access to a good / thoughtful / tame statistician with whom you can sit down and describe exactly what your situation and aims are?
