Hi,

I'm trying to simulate a fiber matrix pushout test (2D, Axisymmetric).

I've created a fiber matrix and it's interface. I want to use cohesive zone elements for the interface. I've created the fiber and matrix with PLANE 182 elements and am using INTER 202 for the interface.

I have meshed both the fiber and matrix areas with an element size of 0.5.

How do I mesh the interface line with cohesive elements, such that the mesh is fine at the interface and coarse as we move away from it ? ( PFB a ref image from a paper)

When I looked up online for this, I've read that I'm supposed to convert this meshed areas into entities/components and then use CZMESH between them. I've been trying to do this, but I'm unable to create components/entities and mesh them.

How do I go about this, can someone pls share any insights or link to any reference materials
