If you want to study "flower aqueous extract," it would be logically to dissolve it in water. Concentrations are measured in mol/L, you have to find the best range of extract in mg/mL to use for FRAP. Ascorbic acid is OK, but it's unstable in solutions. I would recommend Trolox as a standard.

You may want to dissolve in a phosphate buffer if you are adding acids so that the pH does not swing too much.
The results are expressed relatively standard antioxidants, commonly Trolox or asc. acid. Determine the range of concentration experimentally.
