I am working on an experiment and measuring response time and miss rates false alarm rates for 30 participants.. I need to then do paired t-test for the results.
I need some help on how to organize these data to use later in SPSS.
If you have 3 dependent variables A, B and C you can use the non-parametric Friedmans test for dependent groups. A paired t-test is for 2 groups. When we do a Friedman's test it serves as an extended t-test for related groups, in this case 3, if I understand your question.
Because you have 30 participants you can also use a parametric test because in Finland we consider a group of 30 as a normally distributed group.
Dear @Habiba, it is somehow difficult to understand your question explicitly. You need to do more explanation on what you really mean. Alternatively, you could provide a hypothetical data table of what you want to analyze for better understanding.
