How to dissolve (in MQ H2O) 25mg Protinase K and to make 20mg/ml?

Company people supplied 25 mg protinase K and suggested to dissolve in milli q water and make it to 20mg per mL. I cannot take out and put on weighing balance because it is very sensitive enzyme.

I want to make solution without taking out. From 25 mg powder to 20mg/mL solution. How much water should add to 25mg powder to make 20mg/mL solution ?
