I have 6 variables in which 3 variables have satisfied the assumption of equality of variance and the other 3 have violated it. I need to display the results in a single ANOVA table for all the variables according to the APA style. I had searched through the manual but the manual suggest no way to do so.

I understood, that 3 of your variables are not normally distributed - correct? Which test you performed to test this? If the variables are non-normally distributed, the right test is the Kruskal-Wallis-Test.
I know the APA style when choosing an output style in endnote. Please check the manual again if this is meant by the instruction.

Perhaps a brief description of my design would make my question more clear. I have 4 groups that have been matched on the basis of age, education and gender. I have 6 measures of verbal memory. Out of which
3 variables have violated the assumption of homogeneity of variance/ equal variance across the groups. While, 3 of the variables have satisfied the equality of variance. In order to test the equality of variance I have applied Levenes Test.
If the levene's test comes out to be significant which indicate the violation of equality of variance across group. Welch ANOVA is computed to see the statistical difference between 4 groups on a given variable.
I have searched through the APA manual but the manual doesn't provide a proforma or instruction to report Welch ANOVA results in a tabular form

Check how the attached tables are depicted. Also in APA you can be a bit creative and put first those with satisfied conditions and then on the lower part those with violated conditions
