I am trying to design a plan to display the arachnoid membranes such as Liliequist's membrane to define the limit and septa between the different cisterns on MRI so that we could know the more detailed anatomy of the tumors before surgey,and to clarify the CSF dynamics of different cisterns.

have you already tried with ad hoc MR cisternography sequences (i.e. FIESTA, CISS)?
