How to differentiate Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis BB-12 from Lactobacillus acidophilus la-5 ?

I am currently doing my project on probiotic. I want to grow B. lactis BB-12 using Bifidus Selective Medium (BSM) Agar but my probiotic powder is a mixture of Bifidobacterium lactis BB-12 and Lactobacillus acidophilus la-5.

I had performed streak plate and incubated it but I am unable to identify the strain that I want. So I would like to ask for help that how to differentiate the colony pattern of these two bacteria?
