Hi all,

I want to determine the void time for my column ( Agilent xorbax Eclipse plus C18 (2.1 x150mm, 3.5um) in the LC MS instrument (Shimadzu) using uracil sample. It would be appreciated if you please let me know what method should I apply to check this or by which way I can do this correctly.
